I am at your side – with empathy, clarity, and a plan that suits you. I accompany you over a period of 2 months. However, the 2 months can be paused at any time if your child becomes ill or is teething during our collaboration.

If the chemistry is right, we'll get started: I'll give you a sleep log and some initial documents to fill out over several days before our analysis meeting.
During the analysis session (approx. 2 hours), we will delve deeply into your situation, with space for your questions, challenges, and concerns. Here, I will give you some initial small tasks to do at home. Even small changes can often bring noticeable relief.
About a week later, we'll have a coaching session (about 2 hours). This is where we'll create your personalized step-by-step plan. We'll make concrete plans that work for your everyday life and are tailored to your values and goals.
You implement our step-by-step plan in your everyday life. I am of course available during this time if any questions arise.
In the follow-up discussion, we look back together: What has changed? What still needs fine-tuning? The goal: more peace of mind and security for you and your child.
From around 6 months. Before that, we mainly provide support and relief. At this stage, many babies begin to orient themselves more strongly towards a day-night rhythm. Their sleep phases change—and often the first challenges with falling asleep or waking up at night arise. My sleep coaching is designed to provide you with sound, loving, and practical support during this phase. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Absolutely not. My coaching never involves sleep training or the so-called “cry it out” method. Instead, we look at your everyday life and your needs together – and find attachment-oriented solutions that really suit you. Gentle, individualized, and at your own pace. Support can be a great relief here. I offer a special coaching package that is tailored to the needs of babies under 6 months old.
