Your everyday life has changed. Completely. Suddenly, there is this little person who turns everything upside down. And with them comes sleep deprivation, uncertainty, a new dynamic in your relationship – and often pressure from outside. From your employer. From your family. From life.
Parents don't just need advice on baby sleep and childcare – they need someone who understands their situation and has a concrete plan ready.
When nights turn into nightmares, when you wander down the hallway at 3:48 a.m. with a blank stare, when the mood changes because no one can take it anymore – that's when you don't need tips from the internet. That's when you need someone who understands you. Someone who pays attention. And who shows you that there is another way.
I will help you find peace again. Not with rigid sleep schedules, but with a genuine focus on you as a family. Because sleep is not only important for your child – it is especially important for you as parents. Because one thing is clear: when you find peace, your child will too.
New parents in particular tend to accept far too much.
Because they are tired. Because they don't know what they are entitled to. Because they no longer have the strength to fight. Whether it's unfair dismissal during or after parental leave, conflicts with your employer, visitation rights after a separation, or claims for a place in a daycare center – I am on your side. Clear. Empathetic. And with years of experience as a lawyer.
I bring clarity to topics that often seem complicated.
When I became a mother, I found myself in a seemingly hopeless situation: my child hardly slept, I was exhausted and at my limit. In my search for help, I only found general advice – but no one who saw the big picture: our family, our dynamics, our needs.
This experience changed me. I wanted to do things differently – and decided to train as a sleep coach so I could support parents in precisely these moments.
I also have many years of experience as a lawyer. I have been licensed to practice law in Germany since 2017 and in New York State since 2020, and have worked in international law firms as well as in-house counsel.
I am also aware of the emotional challenges involved – and am committed to ensuring that families can move forward not only with legal certainty, but also with emotional strength.
With heart, mind, and a strong desire to truly empower parents during this special phase of life. I advise you as a certified sleep coach on questions relating to sleep as a family – or as a lawyer on legal challenges in family and labor law.
